Breakfast

• Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. during the week and from 07:30 to 10:00 a.m. during the weekend in the ground floor of the hotel. If requested in advance, breakfast times may be arranged earlier or later than scheduled. In such a case, however, we cannot offer hot meals.

Lobby bar + restaurant

• Refreshments are available at the hotel in the lobby bar. We offer non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic beverages, appetisers and sandwiches. Although Hotel Popelka does not operate its own restaurant, we can arrange meal delivery to the hotel within the hour. The delivery menu is available at reception. Nearby restaurants can be found on the provided map.

Reception services

• 24-hour service

Our hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. Please note, however, that after 10:00 p.m. the gates are closed for security purposes.

If you arrive later, please ring the bell, the receptionist will ask for your name and room number and will let you into the parking lot.

• Information and office services

Our reception staff will gladly provide information about Prague and its surroundings, and will also make arrangements for office services such as fax, printing and photocopying, or will mail your postcard or letter. Postage is contingent upon country of delivery – please ask at the reception desk.

• Currency exchange

You can exchange your currency for Czech crowns at our reception desk. We can exchange Euros, American dollars, British pounds and Swiss francs.

• Reservations for cultural and sporting events

The hotel offers complementary services, such as sightseeing tours of Prague with tour guides fluent in most major languages, and we will also gladly reserve tickets for cultural and sporting events happening around Prague.
 

• Massages

Our hotel offers massages on the premises. Information about massages and pricing can be found in the portfolio in your room. Massages are by appointment and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

• Payment

Payment can be made in Czech crowns and Euros as well as by credit card. All additional services and merchandise can be added to the hotel bill for payment upon check-out.

• Taxi

We will arrange for a hotel taxi. We can also arrange transport to and from the airport.
